Subway Line 7 is a line in the Beijing Subway which will run from the Beijing West Railway Station Subway Station all the way through to Jiaohuachang Subway Station. The line runs through southern Beijing in a west-east direction.
History
Construction on Subway Line 7 will begin in 2008, with the entire subway line ready by 2012.
Route
Subway Line 7 will run at the Beijing West Railway Station Subway Station interchange station with Subway Line 9. The route sees the subway line pass underneath Liangguang Avenue before heading southeast to Baiziwan east of the eastern 3rd Ring Road. Line 7 ends just northwest of the start of the Jingjin Expressway.
The line runs mainly west-east, although there is a sharp turn southeastwards after the eastern 3rd Ring Road.
