Sihui East station is so named as it is some distance east of Sihui Bridge.
The station appears as a white building.

History
The subway station was completed by 1999. Sihui East Station opened to the public beginning September 28, 1999. Services for the Subway Batong Line commenced on December 27, 2003.
Originally, this station was named Bawangfen East (地铁八王坟东站); however, finalized plans named the station Sihui East.
Expansion works completed April 7, 2009 saw the removal of tracks on the northernmost part of the station, thus expanding the Line 1 Pingguoyuan-bound platforms. This was needed as the Batong Line now uses 6-car instead of 4-car trains.
Geography
The station lies next to the Jingtong Expressway, just west of the Jingtong Railway bridge In its vicinity are also:
- Chaoyang Road
- Gaobeidian North Road
- Jianguo Road (east-west as a side road to the Jingtong Expressway)
- Qingnian Road
- Xinglong Street
- Xinglong West Street
Architecture
Sihui East station appears as a white building.
Interior
Sihui East station has two floors, with the platform on the ground level. The Upper Level is a through hall; passengers from the platforms can take any staircase or elevator to reach all exits on the upper level. The station is supported by rows of cyan-white and yellow rectangular columns at platform level.
