Muxidi Subway Station is an underground subway station on the Beijing Subway's Line 1.

Muxidi station is named for the nearby Muxidi Bridge. It is geographically in western urban Beijing's Haidian District.

The station appears in the classic 60s boxy style typical of the first subway stations built in the city. The livery of the station at platform level is cinnamon.

The station was built in the 1960s and opened as part of Beijing's first subway line.

Muxidi Subway Station is at the northeastern and southeastern corners of Muxidi Bridge. In its vicinity are also:

Architecture

Muxidi station takes the form of eight small, open, compact tan boxes that pop up around Muxidi Bridge.

Interior

Muxidi station has two underground levels, with the platform on the lower level. Underground Level 1 is a split hall between a western side hall with Exits A and D, and an eastern side hall with Exits B and C. Passengers from Underground Level 2 must choose their exits in advance before leaving the platform level.

The station is supported by two rows of cinnamon square columns at platform level.
