Beijingzhan West Street
From Beijingology
Beijingzhan West Street (also known as Beijing Railway Station West Street; 北京站西街, Hanyu Pinyin: Beijingzhan Xijie) is a street in central Beijing's Dongcheng District.
The road starts at the Chongwenmen crossing, heading northeast until reaching the crossing with Beijingzhan East Street further east and Beijingzhan Street further north. The Beijing Railway Station is right south at this point.
Beijingzhan West Street was expanded in the mid-2000s.
The only way to access Beijingzhan West Street at Chongwenmen is to turn right on Chongwenmen East Street heading west from 7:00 through to 22:00 every day. Police checks often occur, and violators will be fined!
