Is this Beijing?

National Highway 108 Side Road

Yes! If you want the curves, the scenery, and a whole lot more, you'd do yourself a great favor by cruising down the recently-opened National Highway 108 Side Road. Leave Beijing on Lianhuachi East Road starting out west of Tianningsi Bridge (on the western 2nd Ring Road), and continue west until you reach Shimenying Roundabout. Continue on National Highway 108 as far as Dongzhuangzi Bridge; head on Municipal Highway 207 just before the bridge. Then continue along the highway until you enter a significantly new stretch of the road. This is the new National Highway 108 side road. You have been warned -- this stretch is very curvy!
